The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department including hiring, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. They play a key role in shaping the company's culture and ensuring that the organization is able to attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire employees
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Train and develop employees at all levels
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
• Handle grievances and complaints from employees
• Coordinate employee training and development programs
