Job Description:

The HR Officer is responsible for managing all aspects of human resources functions within the organization. This includes recruiting, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and hire new employees
  • Manage employee onboarding process
  • Develop and implement training programs
  • Conduct performance evaluations
  • Address employee relations issues
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Maintain employee records
