• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
• Posting job advertisements on various platforms
• Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
• Facilitating the offer and onboarding process for new hires
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records
• Providing support and guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
