Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing recruiting strategies for executive-level positions
• Conducting thorough interviews and assessments of potential candidates
• Building and maintaining a network of qualified candidates for future opportunities
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each position
• Managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Creating job descriptions and posting them on various job boards and platforms
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database
• Providing regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions
