The HR Specialist is responsible for managing various HR functions within the organization. They play a key role in recruiting and retaining talent, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, screen, interview, and place employees
• Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Manage benefits administration and employee wellness programs
• Handle performance management and employee development initiatives
• Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers
• Prepare and maintain HR records and reports
