Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate office activities and operations
  • Ensure efficient and effective office management
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
