Job Description:

The HR Specialist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting recruitment efforts for exempt and non-exempt positions
• Assisting in employee relations issues and providing guidance to managers
• Administering performance management processes
• Assisting with onboarding new hires and providing orientation
• Administering employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance
• Compiling and analyzing HR metrics to support HR initiatives
• Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations

Skill Sets:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in recruitment and employee relations
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
