Position: HR Specialist-Strategy & Operations

Responsibilties:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, talent management, performance management, and employee relations
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all HR regulations and laws
• Participate in strategic planning meetings and provide input on HR-related matters
