The Human Resources Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
• Manage employee relations, including resolving workplace conflicts and addressing employee grievances.
• Develop and administer employee benefits programs, including health and wellness initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Handle employee performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and current legal requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
