Responsibilities:

• Providing direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Monitoring and assessing patients' conditions and updating medical records
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Recognizing and responding to medical emergencies and providing appropriate interventions
• Educating patients and their families on medical conditions and treatment plans
• Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
• Adhering to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines

Skill Sets:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Critical care nursing experience
• Strong assessment and clinical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of medical equipment and technology used in the ICU
• Commitment to providing compassionate and quality patient care
