Job Description: Infrastructure Specialist - Level 3

Job Responsibilities:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining complex IT infrastructure solutions
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure issues
• Analyzing system performance and making recommendations for improvements
• Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure systems
• Developing and maintaining documentation for infrastructure configurations and processes
• Participating in on-call rotation for after-hours support

Required Skills:

• Expert knowledge of network infrastructure technologies (e.g. routers, switches, firewalls)
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V)
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash
• Strong understanding of cloud services (e.g. AWS, Azure)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a plus
