An Insurance Coordinator is responsible for working with clients and insurance companies to ensure that insurance claims are accurately processed and paid in a timely manner. They also assist clients in understanding their insurance coverage and benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and process insurance claims
  • Communicate with clients and insurance companies to resolve claim issues
  • Verify insurance coverage and eligibility
  • Provide information to clients regarding insurance benefits and coverage
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of insurance claims
  • Follow up on unpaid claims and resubmit as necessary
