Responsibilities:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Providing technical support to end-users and responding to help desk tickets.
• Managing network security and ensuring data protection.
• Performing regular backups and ensuring data recovery.

Skill Sets:

• Proficiency in operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, and MacOS.
• Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN.
• Experience with server administration and cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
