Level 2 System Engineer Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for systems and networks
• Perform system maintenance and upgrades
• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation
• Implement and maintain security protocols
• Collaborate with other teams to implement new technologies
• Create and maintain technical documentation

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of operating systems, such as Windows Server and Linux
• Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Understanding of networking protocols and technologies
• Knowledge of storage systems, such as SAN and NAS
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Good communication and teamwork skills
