The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our staff and clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring that our systems are running smoothly. Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, and in person
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure
• Assist with system upgrades and migrations
• Document technical issues and resolutions

Skill Sets

• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Experience with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication skills
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+
• Experience with cloud services like AWS or Azure is a plus
