Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees
• Source and screen candidates using various recruiting tools and platforms
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage job postings on company website and external job boards
• Conduct background checks and reference checks on potential hires
• Assist in developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans
• Participate in career fairs and networking events to attract top talent
• Provide support to HR team in various human capital functions

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Experience using HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
