The Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the department's business and achieve key performance metrics.

• Develop and implement underwriting guidelines and pricing strategies
• Monitor claims processing to ensure timely and accurate settlements
• Stay abreast of changes in insurance regulations and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with other departments to cross-sell insurance products and services

• Report to senior management on department performance and key metrics
