• Ensure accuracy and completeness of transcribed documents
• Edit and proofread transcriptions for errors and inconsistencies
• Follow up with healthcare providers to clarify any unclear or ambiguous information
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to data security guidelines
• Manage and organize medical documents and files for easy access and retrieval
• Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
