The MEP BIM Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in building information modeling (BIM) software. They will work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure that the MEP systems are integrated seamlessly into the overall building design.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop BIM models for MEP systems
• Coordinate the installation of MEP systems in the building design
• Update and maintain BIM models to reflect changes in the design
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts in the MEP systems
• Generate reports and documentation related to the MEP systems

Skill Sets:

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other BIM software
• Knowledge of MEP systems and building codes
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to problem solve and think critically
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
