A Montessori teacher is responsible for facilitating a Montessori learning environment for young children. They create a nurturing and stimulating classroom where students can explore and learn at their own pace.

• Developing lesson plans and activities based on Montessori principles
• Building strong relationships with students and families
• Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support students' growth and development
