The Payroll Officer is responsible for processing payroll accurately and timely while adhering to company policies and procedures. They must have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees
  • Calculate and process payroll for all employees
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state payroll regulations
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management
