Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
• Source candidates through online channels, job fairs, and networking
• Evaluate resumes and applications to pre-screen candidates
• Interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the position
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Track and report key recruitment metrics to management
