The Sales & Customer Service Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring customer satisfaction. They are responsible for managing sales inquiries, processing orders, resolving customer issues, and providing excellent customer service at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless order fulfillment
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
• Provide product information and pricing to customers as needed
• Maintain customer records and update sales database regularly
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer needs are met
• Assist in developing sales strategies and marketing campaigns
