Senior Accountant Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and schedules
• Lead and manage the month-end close process
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
• Manage and oversee the work of junior accounting staff
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Participate in the preparation for audits and tax filings
