We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and providing guidance to junior accounting staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and reports
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
• Manage and mentor junior accounting staff
• Prepare and file tax returns
• Develop and implement internal controls

Skill Sets

1. CPA certification
2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3. Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
4. Strong analytical skills
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Proficiency in accounting software
