Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Collaborating with senior management to identify and address HR issues and needs.
• Conducting strategic workforce planning to ensure the organization has the right talent in place.
• Managing employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR management.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership and management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with HRIS and other HR software.
