Responsibilities:

• Providing guidance and support to students to help them overcome personal, social, or behavioral issues.
• Conducting individual and group counselling sessions to address students' concerns and mental health needs.
• Developing and implementing programs to promote student well-being and mental health on campus.
• Collaborating with faculty, staff, and parents to create a supportive environment for students.
• Keeping accurate records of counselling sessions and student progress.

• Empathy and the ability to build trust with students.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of mental health issues and counselling techniques.
