Job Description:
Key responsibilities of a fishing supervisor:

Safety oversight:
- Conduct pre-operation safety meetings with the rig crew.
- Monitor adherence to safety procedures and regulations during fishing operations.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of fishing tools to prevent accidents.

Operational management:
- Plan and execute fishing operations based on well conditions and client requirements.
- Select and assemble appropriate fishing tools for the specific situation.
- Supervise the rig crew during the deployment and retrieval of fishing tools.
- Monitor downhole conditions (pressure, temperature, weight) and make necessary adjustments.
