Job Overview: The Supervisor - Kids Wear is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kids wear department in a retail store. They are responsible for managing staff, ensuring proper merchandising and display of products, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff in the kids wear department
• Train new staff members on product knowledge, customer service, and store policies
• Ensure proper merchandising and display of kids wear products in accordance with company guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their purchases
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for replenishment as needed
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

Skill Sets:

• Previous retail experience, preferably in kids wear
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques and visual presentation standards
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
