An Account Assistant provides support to the finance and accounting department by performing routine accounting tasks such as reconciling bank statements, processing invoices, and preparing financial reports. They work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the organization's financial activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly financial reports
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist with audit preparation and provide support during audits
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as needed
