The Account Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients and is the main point of contact between the client and the company. They are responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, upselling additional products or services, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Upsell additional products or services to existing clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Identify and grow opportunities within assigned accounts

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
• Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role
