The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the daily financial and accounting tasks of the organization. They will work closely with the accounting team to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and documented.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
• Assist with payroll processing
• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring
• Perform general bookkeeping duties
• Assist with audits and tax filings
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department
