An Accounts Executive is responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and providing support to the finance department. They play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Responsibilities:

• Managing financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring financial performance
• Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
• Managing and maintaining financial records and documentation
