An Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing the accounts receivable process of a company, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and payments. They work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve billing issues and discrepancies, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and send out invoices to customers
• Follow up on outstanding payments and collections
• Process cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts
• Resolve billing disputes and discrepancies
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and records
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting

Skill Sets:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Experience in accounts receivable or related field
