Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for product development
• Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is up-to-date and aligned with business goals
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
• Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings
• Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring a customer-centric approach
• Monitor and analyze product performance, and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions

Skill Sets:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of Agile development practices, including Scrum and Kanban
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence without direct authority
• Understanding of product development lifecycle
