The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for managing the receivables process for the company, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collection, and application of payments from customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and send out invoices to customers
  • Follow up on outstanding payments
  • Maintain accurate records of customer payments
  • Monitor and report on aging accounts receivable
  • Work with customers to resolve billing and payment issues
