This role involves managing and monitoring the performance of systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing upgrades and improvements to enhance overall efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the organization's IT systems and infrastructure
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
• Implement upgrades and improvements to enhance system performance
• Ensure data security and integrity by implementing and maintaining appropriate security measures
• Collaborate with other IT teams to design and implement new systems or enhancements
• Document system operations and procedures for reference and training purposes
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and infrastructure technologies
• Experience with monitoring and management tools such as Nagios, Splunk, or SolarWinds
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices is a plus
