Job Description:

The Admin & Accounting Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with accounting tasks for the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping
  • Prepare and process invoices and expense reports
  • Assist with payroll and reconciling bank statements
  • Assist with month-end financial reports
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning

Skill Sets:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Experience in administrative support roles
