We are looking for an experienced Admin Cum Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both administrative and accounting tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
• Prepare financial documents and reports, such as invoices, budget forecasts, and expense reports
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns
• Support other team members with administrative and accounting tasks as needed

Skill Sets

• Proven experience as an Admin Cum Accountant or similar role
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
