Job Description:

The Admin & Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, managing day-to-day office operations, and assisting with customer inquiries and orders.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts
  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues
  • Coordinate sales meetings and events
  • Handle order processing and shipment tracking
