Responsibilities:

• Lead agile teams in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget
• Facilitate agile meetings, such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Track and report project progress to stakeholders and management
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project management processes

Skill Sets:

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate teams towards achieving project goals
• Experience with project management tools, such as Jira or Trello
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Certification in Agile Project Management, such as PMI-ACP or CSM
