Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of District Managers within a specific geographical area
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of District Managers
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Build and maintain positive relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Report regularly to senior management on key performance metrics and objectives
• Travel within the designated area to visit stores and meet with team members
