Job Description: Assistant Estimator

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior estimators in preparing cost estimates for construction projects.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to create accurate take-offs of materials and labor costs.
• Research and gather data on materials, labor rates, and other project costs.
• Assist in preparing and submitting bids and proposals for potential projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information for estimates.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project documentation.
• Participate in project meetings and provide support as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and cost-saving opportunities.
