Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing lifeguard staff and operations at the facility
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and staff members
• Enforce pool rules and regulations
• Provide leadership and support to lifeguard team
• Assist in scheduling lifeguard shifts and managing staff performance

Skill Sets:

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations effectively
• Certification in lifeguarding and CPR/First Aid
• Previous experience in lifeguarding or aquatic management
• Knowledge of pool operations and safety protocols
