• Assist lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
• Provide general support to students in the classroom
• Assist with student supervision and behavior management
• Help create a positive and safe learning environment
• Collaborate with lead teacher to assess student progress
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
