A Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room is responsible for providing care and treatment to patients who are experiencing medical emergencies. They must be able to quickly assess patients' conditions, administer medication, perform medical procedures, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing patients' conditions and determining appropriate treatment plans
• Administering medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Performing emergency medical procedures, such as intubation and CPR
• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Providing education and support to patients and their families
• Ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Skill Sets:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations
