The Assistant Teacher will work under the supervision of the lead teacher to provide support and assistance in the classroom setting. They will help create a positive and nurturing learning environment for students.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
• Supervise students and maintain classroom discipline
• Provide one-on-one support to students as needed
• Assist with classroom organization and cleaning
• Communicate student progress and behavior to lead teacher and parents
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
