Job Description: BIM MODELER-MEP

Responsibilities:

• Create 3D models of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure accurate and efficient design integration
• Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve conflicts between different building systems
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of all MEP systems and components
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on design and construction issues related to MEP systems

Skill Sets:

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, or AutoCAD MEP
• Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems and construction practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve design conflicts
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to MEP systems
