Call Center Supervisor

Job Description

The Call Center Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the call center, managing a team of call center agents, and ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are handled in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising and coaching call center agents to ensure high quality customer service
  • Monitoring call center performance metrics and implementing strategies to improve efficiency
  • Handling escalated customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Developing and implementing training programs for call center agents
  • Creating and implementing call center policies and procedures
