Job Description: Contracts Advisor

A Contracts Advisor is responsible for providing support and guidance on contract matters to ensure successful business transactions. They review, draft, negotiate, and administer various types of contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, and non-disclosure agreements.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze contracts to identify potential risks and liabilities
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors and clients
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Draft contract templates and standard clauses
• Manage contract documentation and update contract templates as needed
• Resolve contract disputes and issues as they arise

Skill Sets:

• Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience with contract management software is a plus
